🥤 Ingredients:
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (choose pea, rice, or blend-based)
1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or use almond/oat milk if preferred)
1 frozen banana or ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets (for a low-sugar, creamy option)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes (or more for a thicker shake)
Optional add-ins:
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (for extra calories & flavor)
½ tsp ground cinnamon or maca powder
1-2 pitted dates (if you prefer it sweeter)

Add to Blender:
Combine soy milk, protein powder, frozen banana (or cauliflower), vanilla extract, and ice in a high-speed blender.Blend:
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.Taste & Adjust:
