🫘 Protein-Boosted Vanilla Shake

🥤 Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (choose pea, rice, or blend-based)

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or use almond/oat milk if preferred)

  • 1 frozen banana or ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets (for a low-sugar, creamy option)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup ice cubes (or more for a thicker shake)

  • Optional add-ins:

    • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (for extra calories & flavor)

    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon or maca powder

    • 1-2 pitted dates (if you prefer it sweeter)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Add to Blender:
    Combine soy milk, protein powder, frozen banana (or cauliflower), vanilla extract, and ice in a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend:
    Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.

  3. Taste & Adjust:
    If too thick, add a splash of milk. If not sweet enough, blend in a date or a dash of maple syrup.

  4. Serve:
    Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with cinnamon, chia seeds, or a dollop of coconut yogurt for extra flair.
